Being a responsible adult can feel so freaking draining.
So much of your life is spent working, caretaking, and fixing that you start to wonder…
Who am I when I’m not being someone’s mom, partner, daughter, boss, therapist, or fixer?
Where did I go, and what do I actually need… besides a nap?

But seriously… when the hell do we get to the fun part?
You don’t need another thing to work on. You want more laughter, more play, more moments that light you up inside.
Ready to step into a space where our laughter, our messy edges, and our intuition get to run wild together?

Meet the Creatorsof She Sparks.
We’re Erin and Lauren—psychotherapists, community builders and friends for almost 20 years.
We deeply believe in therapy, but we also know it isn’t meant to give us everything we need: shared movement, ritual, laughter, and the trust that grows when women return to one another over time.
Erin
Therapist · Writer · Qoya teacher
+ Her story
Erin Nes is a therapist, writer, Qoya teacher, and ritual-maker who likes her spirituality served warm—with a sense of humor, creativity, and significantly less bullshit than the typical women’s circle. She creates spaces where women can move, laugh, wonder, say the unsayable, and return to their wildness.
Lauren
Therapist · Educator · Researcher
+ Her story
Lauren Messina is a therapist, educator, researcher, and advocate whose work has always circled around relationships, families, social connection, and what helps people feel more supported in their actual lives. She loves taking big ideas out of the ivory tower and making them useful, human, and relevant.
Our rhythm
We meet whenthe seasons turn.
Things ripen. Things fall away. Some seasons are for gathering, some for resting, some for listening, and others for starting a fire and burning bright.
We gather as the seasons turn, the way people have for thousands of years. The Wheel we follow is an ancestral practice from the Celtic tradition, and it’s a way in for all of us: women of all lineages are welcome here.
Moving in our own time—and in our bodies’ own rhythms—is its own act of everyday rebellion.
Our circle
A space for all of us.
We value safety, mutuality of care, and every woman’s embodied knowing. Every woman is respected, valued, seen, and celebrated in their diversity and unique gifts.
Sisterhood for women, femmes, and gender-expansive folks. Every body, every race and ethnicity, every sexuality, every ability, every age. Trans women, nonbinary, gender-fluid, gender-nonconforming.
We honor the Piscataway people on whose land we gather.
